A little bit about me…
The connection between our physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing has always fascinated me. When one part of us is out of kilter, everything feels thrown off balance. So, after 30 years of working in the arts charity and heritage sectors, I finally combined this interest with my love of receiving holistic massage, and trained for the Holistic Massage Professional Practitioner Diploma Level 4 at the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork (BCMB).
Additional qualifications, advanced workshops and continual professional development in related holistic techniques enable me to keep learning, to develop new skills and insights, and ensure I’m up to date with current best practice.
I’m also now part of the fantastic teaching team on the highly-regarded Holistic Massage Professional Practitioner Diploma Level 4 training course at BCMB.

- BCMB Course and Assessment in Massage for Women’s Health
- BCMB Certificate in Hot Stones for Massage Therapists
- BCMB Certificate in Acupressure Facial Therapy
- BCMB Certificate in Eastern Foot Massage
- Reiki Seichem Levels 1, 2 and 3 Mastership
- Lomi Lomi Practitioner Diploma
Hands on training in Emotional Freedom Techniques, Reflexology Basics, Myofascial Release, Massage in Pregnancy, Massage for Frozen Shoulder, and Eliminating Sciatica also feed into my practice.
Outside work I find joy in being a proud Nonna, and a mum to two beautiful humans. I play the piano, indulge my love of folk and world music, alternative 80s, Chopin, Schubert, Puccini…. I practise yoga and pilates, and dance like a Muppet to the exhilarating salsa, merengue, and samba rhythms of Zumba!
A lover of big socks and open fires, I practice what I preach, setting time aside to enjoy the bliss of holistic therapies myself, and connecting with and listening to nature.
