It’s so important to look after your precious self properly, that all timings include a consultation to identify what your body needs on the day. As well as gathering information beforehand, I also work intuitively to deliver a therapy that responds to you.

My holistic therapies treat you as a whole person, and as an individual, so each session will be as unique as you are. They’re intended to be relaxing therapies, not a test of endurance of pain thresholds, so I’ll check in with you from time to time throughout to make sure you’re comfortable.

Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage

You often carry anxiety and tension in your back, neck and shoulders first. Desk-based work, long periods of driving, stress and a sedentary lifestyle can result in your muscles feeling fatigued and restricted. Massage focussing on your back and shoulders will relieve that stiffness and help reverse the effects of sitting in one position for too long. It releases and relaxes these busy muscle groups and reminds your body how lovely these muscles feel in a relaxed state.

Combining a range of massage techniques from different healing traditions with an intuitive touch, your massage will be tailored absolutely to your needs on the day.

Hot Stone Massage

The blissful combination of warmed stones and massage get deeper into your muscles without using more pressure. Perfect for reducing muscle tension and pain, stress and anxiety, and promoting deep relaxation and sleep.

Massage and Pregnancy

Pregnancy massage can provide you with some physical relief, comfort and relaxation to help alleviate the common symptoms of pregnancy you might be experiencing. Your tiredness and nausea can be eased, and heavy legs can be rejuvenated, providing valuable mum-to-be time for you to feel nurtured and relaxed.

Lomi Lomi

Lomi Lomi Massage

This divine form of full body massage is unlike any other massage. A traditional Hawaiian restorative healing massage, rather than focussing on one area of your body at a time, Lomi Lomi massage uses long flowing continuous rhythmic moves, from head to toe, using forearms and generous amounts of oil! The result is a wonderful post-massage feeling of nurtured peace and a deeper sense of relaxation. Female only.

Indian Head Massage

One of the oldest traditional holistic systems, Indian Head Massage is thought to have been developed more than 4,000 years ago as part of the Ayurvedic tradition. Using a variety of massage movements to relieve and reduce stress and fatigue, it’s delivered on a chair and you remain fully clothed. It can be given either with or without oil according to your own personal preference.

Reiki and Seichem

This gentle therapy channels the four energies to effectively dissolve a range of emotional blockages, treating your whole person - body, mind and spirit. Sometimes hands on, sometimes hands off, you stay fully clothed throughout the treatment. Please note, this is not a holistic massage technique.
